QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Engineering and Quality Department is dedicated to ensuring that assembly kits and products consistently meet established standards. This is achieved by proactively implementing processes and procedures designed to prevent defects. The department conducts quality assurance through two key inspection stages: gate inspections and final inspections.
At each stage of the assembly process, or prior to advancing to the next phase, Quality Control Personnel perform gate inspections. Using a comprehensive checklist, these inspections verify that all specifications are met and facilitate the early identification and resolution of potential issues. Upon completion of the assembly, a final quality inspection is conducted by the Buy-off Inspector to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
